Upon checking in we were informed of a R$84 service fee even though we had reserved and paid in advance through Expedia. Then we were informed that the pool was closed for the day. The check in process took about 25 minutes and then they were unable to give us key cards for our room. Each time we wanted to get into our room someone from the hotel had to go with us to let us in. At 10:30 pm at night someone knocked on our door to give us a key card. Other than this, everything else was great.

Reservamos no total 5 quartos pois fomos para o Congresso de Médicos de Família. O quarto aonde fiquei 513 box com lodo e o chuveiro estava muito ruim com relação a saída de água. O atendimento deixou muito a desejar, com certeza nas próximas vezes o Comfort não será a nossa escolha. Na estadia de um dos quartos a segunda pessoa não pôde ir pois 2 dias antes do embarque sua mãe faleceu. Desta forma pagamos 5 diárias de uma pessoa que não foi. O ultimo quarto a ser entregue foi do nosso Coordenador Leandro Abal quarto 503, que seu chekout deveria ser às 12h do dia 9, como seu voo era somente às 1 da manhã, a esposa dele Sra. Joelma pediu tendo em vista 5 diárias pagas por uma pessoa que não foi , se podia desocupar o quarto às 18 hs, haja vista o horário do seu voo (1 da manhã) o que foi negado. Como éramos nove médicos após o Congresso queríamos ficar na área da piscina (sem entrar na piscina) conversando e descontraindo, mas às 22h, o funcionário apagava todas as luzes e pedia para sairmos pois era ordem do Hotel. Diante de tanta falta de respeito é que decidimos que neste Hotel nunca mais iremos nos hospedar. Mas temos só elogios para a funcionária Lidianne (trabalha no restaurante) que nos encantou com sua gentileza, nos atendendo com muito carinho. No quarto 517 uma das médicas Andrea Carbone esqueceu o carregador do seu iphone que tinha acabado de comprar e quando perguntou a alegação foi de que nada foi encontrado. Uma pena a forma em que fomos tratados.
