「An renovated hotel that seems to go through intensive renovation. Good spa and pools. Decent breakfast. Very Small rooms and little to do in the evening (mostly for the kids) 」

「L’hotel est propre, les chambres sont spacieuses, mais il est impossible de se faire comprendre. Personne ne parle anglais sauf à l’accueil.... c’est trs compliqué au restaurant, au bar, à la piscine, avec les femmes de chambres.... de plus la nourritire n’est pas variée et elle est sans saveur....」

「Very nice hotel but the staff need more training regarding customer service. That have not cleaned or changed the towels after first day! It’s a 5*hotel and should be done daily! The front desk ladies didn’t informed us about the WiFi password, breakfast and lunch time or to call when the room was ready for check in. Breakfast was okay, but can be better and should have fresh food not displayed (leftovers) second day as well!」

「We have used the hotel just to rest overnight while visiting Constanta. It was perfect for our purpose. We loved it. We could even fit all of us in the queen bed with two kids (1.5 and 3 y.o). The stuff was very friendly both at the reception time and in the restaurant for breakfast. The morning omelette was absolutely amazing. Personally I didn't like the frames from all the furniture - all being mage of forged iron. In our experience, it is better price to book it on hotels.com than...

「This is one of the better hotels (if not the best managed) in that area, directly at the boardwalk. Our room was quiet and had a nice city view. Sea view rooms are sold out fast. Staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good as well as the restaurant. Parking is extremely limited though (maybe 10 spaces; we had to search for a while for street parking) Also at the beach there is some construction going on (not sure what they are building ( bar or restaurants maybe).so, it as not a pretty...

「This hotel is some way from the city, high above the port. But with excellent bus services and a wide view, it's well worth the extra few $$ .. Didn't use the breakfast service ( as I made my own meals, the kitchenette in the room is basic but just right for saving money) but if it matches the cool vibe of the staff ladies it must be pretty good 🙂 Also the T V was most welcome, many Eng Lang films on the satellite deals in Romania.」
