"Good functional five day stay - main benefit was position next to I95 but on the road leading to the Sawgrass Expwy. Staff were pleasant, there was adequate parking, wifi worked, breakfast was ok without being special but kept filled - lack of seating at certain times. 2 lifts altho bit tatty worked well. All in all couldnt be faulted without being anything special. I wonder how it compares with is less anonymous immediate neighbour the BW+ (odd they should have 2 together). Worth noting it is not by any stretch of the imagination in Deerfield Beach. In fact is not even on the road in to Deerfield which is Hillsboro (mind you the main drag of Deerfield is an overcrowded nightmare with nowhere to park and queues at all the eateries)"

"We stayed in a room on the side of Military Trail and Turnpike. The noise level is horrendous! Our room had a single-pane glass sliding door. Every time we entered the room we thought we left the door open, but it was not. Do not stay on the south side of the building. Other than that, our stay was fine."

"The hotel is old and unkempt. Our room had plaster patches on the ceiling, the bathroom was dingy and overall, it was extremely dated. The buttons on the phone for the front desk didn’t work and we lost wifi signal 3 days into our week-long stay. The front desk said they’d reboot the router but 2 days later; nothing. At this point, we didn’t want to repack and move to another room so we’d go to the lobby to get signal. We were subsequently comped on our check-out bill. I would say buyer beware. I read the reviews before I booked but I had no idea that the rooms would look so run down. The towels were thin and the amenities lacking. The hotel site raves about a massage shower head but the water pressure wouldn’t allow that feature to operate effectively. They claim “bright bathrooms” but it’s a bright light bulb that makes it that way. We were attending a wedding and needed to use the in-room iron. It leaked water all over my dress as I attempted to iron it. The A/C sounded like a freight train all night and the large dehumidifier in the room also chimed in to make it very loud to try and sleep. There were many work vehicles that parked sideways in the parking lot subsequently taking 3-4 spots at a time. It made finding a parking spot extremely difficult, especially at night. The registration people and housekeepers were helpful and accommodating, though. "

"The property was clean and beautiful! The staff we encountered were incredibly helpful and kind. My ONLY complaint is being able to hear the other guests in the hallway, but I would absolutely go back. "

"I would like a refund I was in a room right where the ice machine was. It was noisy and loud all night long in the morning the cleaning ladies gathered with their cart outside my room. I paid a lot of money for this poor experience. I asked to be moved three times to no avail. "
