Cala Murada: Very large, beautiful villa "Murada Lisboa". In the resort, in a quiet, sunny position residential area (villas), 120 m from the sea, 500 m from the beach. Private: natural state property, natural garden, courtyard, swimming pool angular (9 x 5 m, depth 110 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 31.Oct.). Outdoor shower, patio, arbour, pergola, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, WiFi, storage room for bicycles, air conditioning, burglar alarm system, washing machine. Parking at the house on the premises, single garage. Supermarket 2.4 km, restaurant 1.8 km, bar 1.8 km, 25 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Platja Cala Murada (33075)" 1.7 km, sandy beach "Platja Cala Murada" 350 m, rocky beach "Cala Murada". Sports harbour 11 km, golf course (18 hole) 11 km, walking paths from the house, cycle lane 500 m. Nearby attractions: Portocolom - Cala D'Or - Portopetro, Felanitx 17 km, Rafa Nadal Museum Manacor 21 km, Cala Domingos,Cala Antena, Cala Bota 7 km, Colonia St Jordi - Es Trenc 41 km, Palma de Mallorca City 68 km. Hiking paths: Serra de Tramuntana 90 km, Ruta Cala Murada - S'Algar- Portocolom. Please note: car recommended. Object suitable for 8 adults. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Airfield 63 km from the property. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

Spacious and bright, renovated, comfortable and cosy furnishings: large living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), dining table, digital TV, flat screen, air conditioning and forced-air heating. Exit to the patio, to the swimming pool. 1 double bedroom with panoramic window with 1 french bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm), fan. 2 double bedrooms with panoramic window, each room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), fan. Entrance hall with air conditioning and forced-air heating. Small kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). 2 showers/WC. No heating option. Upper floor: (exterior staircase) large living room with panoramic window with dining table, air conditioning and forced-air heating. Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom with panoramic window with 1 french bed (150 cm, length 200 cm), fan. Exit to the terrace. Small kitchen (microwave, freezer). Shower/WC. Large balcony, patio, porch. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (8), covered balcony. Very beautiful view of the sea, the countryside and the resort. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking, garage on the property (1 car) at the house. Frohe Pfingsten

Wir waren eine Woche und haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Hier und da merkt man, dass das Haus vielleicht mal aufgehübscht gehört, es gab aber nichts was den schönen Aufenthalt geschmälert hat. Lediglich ein paar Sonnenschirme am Pool haben wir vermisst. Es gab im ganzen Poolbereich keinen Schatten.
