Additionally, the centre of Manacor offers a varied gastronomic, cultural, and commercial offering that completes an authentic Mallorcan experience.Important:This property is located in a residential area, so only families or groups of responsible people seeking tranquillity will be accepted. Reservations for groups of young people (under 25 years old) or bachelor/bachelorette parties will not be accepted. In the event of non-compliance, the reservation may be cancelled, even upon arrival or during the stay, without the right to a refund.House rules:Smoking is prohibited inside the dwelling. Smoking is only permitted in outdoor areas, ensuring that cigarette butts are not left on the ground.Maintain order and cleanliness at all times.Each guest must separate and dispose of their rubbish in the recycling bins or at the Ecopark in Manacor. It is not permitted to leave rubbish inside the property; otherwise, a surcharge of €150 will be applied.Use air conditioning and/or heating responsibly. Switch off the systems when not in use or when leaving the house, and keep doors and windows closed to maintain the interior temperature.It is not permitted to organise parties or events on the property.
