上層階：フルバスルーム2室とダブルベッドルーム3室、ダブルベッド1台、専用バスルーム、ドレッシングルーム、テラスへのアクセス。 他の2つにはシングルベッドとワードローブがあります。
1階：ワードローブを備えた2つのダブルベッドルーム、1つはダブルベッド、もう1つは2つのシングルベッド。 1バスルームとトイレ。 リビングルームとキッチン（ネスプレッソコーヒーマシンがあります）。
プールエリア：キッチンとダイニングルームから、1日を過ごすのに理想的な大きなテラスにアクセスできます。芝生に囲まれたプールの横には、バーベキューやハンモックエリアがあります。
家には各部屋にエアコンがあり、冬にはセントラルヒーティングが備わっています。
キッチンにはネスプレッソコーヒーマシンがあります。 マジョルカ島でネスプレッソカプセルを入手するのは複雑かもしれません。もし彼らが自宅でそれを使用し、それをいくつか持ちたいなら、それは悪い考えではないでしょう。

Danke Xisca, wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Die Finca ist toll, die Lage, der Ausblick, alles wirklich wunderschön.Eine wirkliche Bitte hätten wir noch: installiert bitte, bitte Mückengitter an den Fenstern! Mindestens an den Schlafräumen, Badezimmern und der Küche. Bei jedem Lüften sind Mücken in die Finca gekommen. Wir wünschen euch alles Liebe und Gute. Adios.

Wir waren begeistert! Die Finca ist noch viel schöner als auf den Bildern ersichtlich, alles war perfekt organisiert, der Kontakt mit Xisca war sehr entgegenkommend und für all unsere Fragen hatte man stets ein offenes Ohr. Die Küche war mit allem bestückt was benötigt wurde, Grill, Garten und Pool waren vorbildlich. Wir kommen von Herzen gerne wieder und können nur eine Empfehlung aussprechen!

Parfait !

La maison est parfaite pour découvrir l'ile de Majorque. Elle est très propre, spacieuse et très bien équipée. Xisca a été très disponible et arrangeante sur les horaires de départ et d'arrivée. Nous recommandons sans hésiter cette belle maison familiale !

What a beautiful stay! Highly recommend!

We stayed in the beautiful villa for a family member’s 50th birthday & we could not fault our stay! Firstly I’d like to start with the hosts, especially Xisca for brilliant communication, no matter what I asked she always responded quickly. She was so helpful during our stay and helped us with recommendations in the local area. Even going to the lengths of sending back a left item in the villa to us back in the UK when we asked. We were also provided with a brilliant taxi service who always responded and collected us (with notice) with no problem. They also provided a child’s car seat. The villa itself was even better than the pictures and exceeded our expectations. It has everything you need! They even had some toys for my 14 month old! The villa made going away with a baby easier as they had a travel cot & a high chair. Overall for our family hols it was brilliant. The villa’s rural but still only 10 minutes from the beach, allowing a peaceful stay with amazing views. We did say that it would be good to hire a car if we came again to get around easier however we soaked up the villa as it was everything we wanted for our holiday, and we loved having bbq dinners all sat round together having a laugh! The beach we went too had lovely clear sea and soft sands. And we also visited portocolom which has lovely restaurants. Highly recommend this beautiful Villa, it is well worth the stay. It was the perfect way to celebrate a 50th birthday with our family!

Unvergesslicher Aufenthalt

Die Finca hat eine unglaubliche Lage und bietet 10 Personen mehr als ausreichend Platz, Dank der 3 Bäder und einer Gästetoilette kamen wir uns nie in die Quere, ein extra großer Kühlschrank steht bereit und bei Bedarf sogar noch ein zweiter! Alle haben sich von Anfang an wie zu Hause gefühlt, es ist wirklich eine Wohlfühloase. Xisca ist eine aufmerksame Vermieterin, wenn was fehlte, sorgte sie sofort für Abhilfe und die Kommunikation war mehr als gut. Wenn wir nochmal als Gruppe verreisen, würden wir definitiv diese Haus wieder buchen.

Family Vacation

Nice property among the farms in Mallorca. Easy access to the beach and local restaurants. Great for families with kids. The hosts were very easy to reach when needed and were very helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely book it again.

The most wonderful place to stay

Everything was much more than expected! The House is even more beautiful in real, than on the very good pictures 😍 We enjoyed the House, the pool, which became hot enough for everyone, the beaches near by, the view from the House, and the most wonderful garden with orange blossom trees, and lemon trees, and Almind trees and very much more! The restaurant El Castillo del Bosques is very close to the House, and serves excellent food, wines and desserts, and the staff is very kind. We wish to come back very soon♥️
