• WiFi and cell service: WiFi is NOT provided; cell service in Mammoth Lakes can be spotty or occasionally unavailable due to the area’s remote mountain location.

• Community amenities are managed by the HOA and availability may vary

• Please note that Mammoth Lakes is currently experiencing widespread construction throughout the area, including road work and building projects. This is outside of our control and may result in noise during your stay. Refunds will not be issued for disturbances related to local construction.
