Clean and walking distance from the slopes, that's a big plus. The internet did not work the whole time. Maintenance guy tried with other routers and boosters, but nothing. Very poor or no signal. They should simply advertise no internet available.

Great place, convenient to Eagle Lodge

Great place super close to the moutain! Very comfortable and definitely set up for skiing. Lots of convenience features like numerous hooks for drying clothes, bench by the door for gearing up, fan and wall heaters. Also, the hot tub was very close and was nice for soaking at the end of a long ski day. There were a couple minor things - no dish soap and the shower curtain smelled a little moldy but not a big deal. We did have issues with the internet but 101 Great Escapes sent someone over and switched out the jetpack. It then worked, just slowly. Overall, great experience.

it supposed to be pet free and absolutely no pet friendly but my neighbor had dog which poor dog barked whole night and we couldn't sleep. The beds cover and couch was SO dirty and there was a big tear on the couch. I bet the room got bed bugs 😑 carpets and lamp shade was old and shabby. checking in was totally difficult.

Very clean, furnished well. Small one bedroom, sofa bed in living room. Toilet/shower area extremely small. Wi-Fi never worked. Poor sound insulation: Could hear family in condo above walking back and forth. No air conditioning, but 2 fans in closet to use.

So good hotel

This hote was very nice. Logs were enough in the room to enjoy the fireplace and the garage was also good to keep my car out of snow and rain.

Fantastic Condo Stay near Eagle

Staying in this condo was fantastic and easy! Check in was in town, quick and efficient, and the people were very kind. The condo complex was easy to find, parking was quick and exactly how described, and the condo was larger and cleaner than expected! Private bedroom, private bedroom, and a very large corner unit living room area with kitchen, fireplace, and patio. Great lighting, two large flat screen TVs and privacy. Would definitely book this again!!

Very walkable to Eagle Lodge, just across the street from it and Juniper Springs Resort. Comfortable space with large kitchen and common area. Nice bathroom. Ski and board rack right by the door + adequate coat racks/ boot space for wet items after a day of skiing. 1 dedicated underground space and 1 outdoor space. Staff shovels snow from the common driveway and easy to navigate. Short outdoor walk from building to Emerson hot tub. Office doesn't open until 1, but good support in terms of arranging an easy late arrival. Staff sent an email to make sure that we were able to get out of town with highway closures.

Very Happy with this Place

Unit F40 was better than what we expected. It was very spacious, the kitchen specifically was very well appointed as was the whole unit. More beds in it than we could all sleep in. Peaceful and quiet with beautiful view of the mountains. Quite breezy and never got hot. Close to everywhere in Mammoth. Saw a bear walk by checking the place out on our last night stay!

Needs updating

The check in process was nice and the staff was friendly. The unit was a bit outdated. The furniture was ok but the carpet was pretty dirty. There was no AC which made the stay horrible because it was summer and super hot but that's kind of expected. The resort overcharged me $100 a night and they would've gotten away with it if I didn't review my bill. Once I called, they didn't even apologize for the mistake. I wouldn't stay here again.
