This 2 bedroom with a den unit is very nice, comfortable, spacious and receives ample natural light! The living room has a great seating area for reading or to enjoy the view! WiFi and all the comforts of home!

Maximum Occupancy: It can sleep a maximum of 8 people.

Bedroom Arrangement: The Master bedroom has a king bed, 2 twins in the second bedroom and a pull out sofa bed in the den. The living room sofa sleeper is not functional at this time but there is a queen air mattress in the unit for added sleeping space!

Television and other Console: Flatscreen TV in both master bedroom and living room! Living room also has VCR DVD player, WIRELESS connection (instructions are in the unit).

Condo Amenities: Kitchen is fully equipped, offers free WiFi, and washer and dryer are in unit!! All the amenities of home but you're surrounded by the breathtaking Mammoth Lakes!

Walking distance to Canyon Lodge perfect for skiing/snowboarding in the winter and hiking/biking in the summer!

The premises has 6 jacuzzi's and 1 swimming pool open in the summer with bbq area!

Maximum 2 vehicles. One assigned underground parking space (7’ Clearance). Second space is first come first serve.

Rental #45:One of the best!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve stayed at Mountain-back for years.The condo was clean, amenities were readily available (automatic ice cube maker, toaster oven, extra large capacity washer and dryer, plus an in refrigerator water-filtration system) were greatly appreciated!! The extras: toboggans, fishing chairs, extra coffee pot, although not used on this trip, were a welcome surprise. This was a vacationers dream rental ... and we’ll be back again in #45 soon! Some minor repairs were needed (loose faucet, missing faucet stopper, broken lamp and some carpet issues) but could easily be over looked for the location!

A nice condo, we liked it!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was nice and clean, the kitchen is well stuffed, the fireplace is awesome! We liked Mammoth Lakes and winter!

Nice stay at Mammoth

It is a very nice condo, clean and well maintained. Check-in was easy, everything worked, the kitchen was well equipped. Special thanks to condo management for sending us help in the evening when my son accidentally locked himself in a bedroom. I would love to return once in a while!

Nice place

Nice place with great natural lighting. Not an easy walk to lifts though (quite the uphill hike)

Great Place

We had a great time staying at this condo. Close to Canyon Lodge. We had six people and fit very comfortably. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. We would love to stay here again. Thanks!
