"They cancelled our booking the day before we should have turned up for no reason. we followed the instructions when booking and called a week before and was told to ring when we were 30 minutes away to book in. then out of the blue while we were on holiday we got an email cancelling our booking which left us on holiday with no were to sleep so be warned when booking you may be left disappointed as nd trying to find other accommodation!!"

"For the price, it's was great. Exactly what I needed for 1 night. No complaints. Very easy check in, they email the door code in advance, and give all the details of getting the key. the key collection box was very cool! The room was clean, bedding and linen provided. "I've stayed in hotels and hostels all around the world. Never have I stayed in a hotel n hostel previously. You're own room, but with hostel facilities. The room is basic, like, very basic, bit you have a common room with TV in there. Just have to watch what others are watching. Microwaves, sinks, cookers, with showers toilets and even has a beer garden. My room, whilst basic, had a balcony overlooking the city. Was a nice change. Would recommend if you are looking for hostels but want a very good nights sleep."

"Wakeup Copenhagen was conveniently located near the train station and many of the tourist sites we wanted to walk to. Staff were helpful in providing sightseeing suggestions and tips for how to get around. Breakfast was reasonably priced relative what was on offer (breakfast buffet with very good variety). Our only complaint was that our room was rather small: the double bed could only be accessed on one side, so one of us had to crawl over the other to get in and out of bed. On the whole, though, we had a good experience at Wakeup Copenhagen."
