"They cancelled our booking the day before we should have turned up for no reason. we followed the instructions when booking and called a week before and was told to ring when we were 30 minutes away to book in. then out of the blue while we were on holiday we got an email cancelling our booking which left us on holiday with no were to sleep so be warned when booking you may be left disappointed as nd trying to find other accommodation!!"

"For the price, it's was great. Exactly what I needed for 1 night. No complaints. Very easy check in, they email the door code in advance, and give all the details of getting the key. the key collection box was very cool! The room was clean, bedding and linen provided. Really spacious apparently. Not too far from the train and bus station. "They charge extra for everything. Not even a place to put the bags for few hours, even no complementary early check, as we arrived 20mins before 3pm. Room was not very clean, and extra pillow at extra cost. Few places to eat nearby. The wifi was terrible, distupting every 2 mins. We reported this to the frontdesk and no solution, even not believing us. Not recommendable."

"Very reasonably priced, friendly helpful staff, and central location made this a great choice. Nyhavn is a 10 min walk. In fact about a dozen (or more) attractions are within 20min of the hotel. Also there is a metro station 6min away that could get you to further locations including the airport!! I have been to other WakeUp hotels and I was always very pleased with them!"

The hostel regularly organises a range of fun and engaging activities, which adds to the overall experience and makes it easy to meet other travellers."

"Staff at Tivoli were so friendly and helpful. Room was fabulous. We were on 8th floor with a lovely view. Air con was a bonus as was the wide opening windows. Room was larger than most danish hotels with very comfortable bed and pillows. Blackout curtains added to some much needed rest after exploring. Breakfast buffet was the best I’ve ever had! Such a fantastic selection of food that would suit everyone’s taste. The pancakes were top tier and so fluffy. Staff worked hard to clear dishes and replenish food and nothing was any bother. Tivoli is about 10-15 min walk to main station so is very well located to explore the city. Our only gripe was that we found two very long dark hairs in the bath on arrival but overall I would highly recommend"
