Dear Mr. Patrick We truly regret that your stay at the Villa Terra Blanca was not good for you. We would like to inform that, as you know, it was raining in Palma when you visited, so for that reason the terraces could not be cleaned properly on your arrival day. We checked later and there were some leaves but not much more. Every time we clean the villa by our professional staff, they take much care to do it perfectly from inside to outside. We invite you again to see you by yourself. In relation to the plumbing, it was a general problem in the area when you arrived in December. There were some works on the street as they were renovating the pipes in all the area, but everything is fixed and the house is in perfect condition now. This is a new property published on HomeAway, and we would like to notice that we think that 1 star review is very unfair for the quality of this property. If you want to book the house, please check other reviews on several websites to prove that, and we will be very happy if many other guest publish their reviews, that we know for sure that would be a 5 star experience.
