Beim Gang zu unserer Unterkunft haben wir uns mit den engen Gängen und Treppen gefühlt wie in einer typischen Kleinstadt auf der Insel. Uns hat das richtig gut gefallen. Die Zimmer waren sauber und gut ausgestattet (Decken, Handtücher, Kochutensilien). Wir hatten kein Apartment mit Poolblick und konnten dennoch schön über die Stadt Santa Ponsa bis hin zum Meer schauen. Ein Frühstück am Morgen auf dem Balkon war für uns daher Pflicht. Wir sind mit dem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sehr zufrieden. Das Personal war immer freundlich hilfsbereit und für einen Plausch offen. Wir würden unseren Aufenthalt hier wieder buchen.

La struttura non è di nuovissima generazione, ma nel complesso non è male. Il personale alla reception molto cordiale, in particolar modo Valerio con cui abbiamo stretto amicizia e ci ha aiutati nel nostro soggiorno a Maiorca con suggerimenti vari. Posizione comoda non molto distante dal centro di Palma.

Really enjoyed our stay here, quaint apartments that were well furnished, clean and comfortable. Pool and bar area was well maintained, clean and very welcoming. Daytime and evening entertainment was great too! Above all, the staff went over and above to chat, to make sure you were having a great time and solved any problems as they arose. Highly recommend!

Very friendly & helpful staff. All areas were clean & tidy. Nice pool bar with lots of snacks and drinks options. Good location close to bars and restaurants. Lots of stairs in the property, however not a problem as the staff carried our bags to the room for us on arrival. Would definitely stay here again.

Really nice located apartments . Staff were extremely friendly and very welcoming . The pool area and guy who does the entertainment was good . The rooms are very dated . We had an issue but was rectified by reception and maintenance immediately. Rooms are really clean though. The only issue with this property is if you have walking difficulties or elderly its not ideal . We was on high floor loads of steps and no lift. Overall a nice stay and would return for a cheap break

Booking with Expedia said room with balcony.. didn’t get one… dreadful room..hotel said it was only a request and didn’t have to honour it and charged us 60 euros to upgrade which we did to a better room..

Property is needing a refurbishment and pool but in all it was clean and tidy and staff were lovely. Drinks reasonably priced, small Menu reasonably priced also. I would stay again.

Der Herr an der Rezeption war ziemlich nett. Sehr viele und anstrengende Stufen, wie ich bei den Bewertungen sehe funktioniert der Lift schon länger nicht. War sehr unpraktisch beim Koffer tragen. Unser Zimmer war leider nicht so sauber. Es hat gestunken und die Wände waren voller Flecken und Schimmel.

Hôtel à renover. Personnel agréable mais propreté à revoir. Pas de housse de protection sur les matelas, climatisation en supplément. Non annoncé sur le site! Cafétéria inexistante. Hôtel très bruyant le soir, piscine ouverte non stop avec bcp de monde. Transats rangés non nettoyés le soir.

Nous avons passé un super séjour, tout proche bar et commerçant, après faut pas s'attendre à un hôtel avec ascenseur. Tout est bien expliqué, juste la piscine et un peu bas 1m20.

Great Location ...Close to Everything..I got a very high (lift still not working) appartment initially and with a bad knee was challenging.Thankfully on day 3 they facilitated a move for me.Karl in entertainment was excellent and made stay very enjoyable and had a great way with adult/kids alike.Splash Bingo was a big hit.Food at pool bar was excellent and reasonably priced

Residence nella media, vecchio e con elettrodomestici scarsamente funzionanti, asciugacapelli in bagno con fili scoperti e funzionante solo sull’impostazione 2. Condizionatore (a pagamento 7€ a notte) con filtri aria ricoperti da 1cm di polvere, per ovvi motivi scarsamente funzionante. All’arrivo pavimento polveroso. Lenzuola per il divano letto non adeguate in dimensioni, non si riusciva a fare il letto. Personale cordiale e presente h24.

Buena relación calidad-precio. Zona de piscina chula con un chiringuito y un tipo que anda dando vueltas como 'entertainer'. El apartamento es sencillo pero adecuado para estancias medias; echamos en falta cafetera y un combo de gel-champú. Muy cerca de la zona de marcha de Santa Ponça así que hay bastantes opciones de que algún huésped extranjero del complejo monte algún espectáculo después de haberse bebido Mallorca entera. En temporada alta no es fácil aparcar, debiendo dejar el coche en un parking gratuito a unos 7 minutos a pie. Cerca de la playa y multitud de garitos alrededor donde se habla cualquier idioma menos el español. Sitio recomendado para grupos de amigos que busquen marchita, no tanto para familias que busquen más tranquilidad.

Valaria fantastic person
Great entertainment around the pool kids had a great time. My wife had an emergency brain operation while here and Valaria the guy on the front desk was fantastic helping me with all my needs without his help i could not have got by and i tried to give him some reward he refused to take anything. He is a thoroughly descent human being
