Fantastic Typical Mallorcan Villa

Discover the charm of a holiday in Mallorca in the historic finca ‘Son Costa’, a holiday home that can accommodate up to ten people. This traditional sandstone construction radiates authenticity and is located on a vast, beautifully landscaped property near the picturesque village of Montuiri, in the serene rural heart of the island.

Here, privacy is an assured luxury: stroll through the extensive garden with its manicured lawns, choose to relax on the secluded patio, the covered terrace, the sunny roof terrace or by the pool for a well-deserved rest.

The swimming pool, surrounded by a sun terrace with sun loungers, a beautiful wall, an impressive gate and abundant vegetation, offers a safe environment for young children, who will not be allowed unsupervised access to the water. To explore the surroundings, we recommend using a rental car, which can be parked in the gravel car park right in front of the house. Montuiri is only a few minutes away, and the nearest beach is half an hour away.

The interior of ‘Son Costa’ is a classic Mallorcan dream come true. Roughly plastered walls and carefully preserved natural stones, combined with dark wood, decorative tiles and partly antique and rustic furniture, transport guests to another era, all while enjoying the modern comforts expected on a perfect holiday. The house is extremely spacious, with some rooms separated by a few steps. You'll find cosy living rooms on both the ground and upper floors.

The bedrooms, each individually decorated, offer a peaceful retreat, and the spacious bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the others with a shower, are distributed throughout the house. The spacious and well-equipped kitchen has a dining table that invites you to enjoy meals in company.

Please find below the additional costs applicable during your stay at the finca ‘Son Costa’:

- Deposit: In order to guarantee the care and maintenance of the finca ‘Son Costa’, a deposit of 300€ is required. This deposit is used as a security deposit and will be returned by bank transfer within a maximum of 24 hours after check-out, once it has been verified that there is no damage to the property and that all house rules have been complied with.

- Tourist tax (Ecotasa): A tourist tax of 4,40€ per person per night will be charged. This eco-tax is a contribution to the preservation and improvement of the environment and the cultural heritage of Mallorca.

Children up to 12 years of age do not pay this tax. These charges will be added to the total cost of your booking and will be paid in cash at check-in.

If you prefer to pay these charges by bank transfer, the transfer must be completed prior to check-in. Bank details and transfer instructions will be provided upon confirmation of your booking.

La casa es una maravilla, conserva todo el espiritu original de una masía/casona Mallorquina, ademas esta llena de detalles y rincones muy agradables.La casa tiene todo lo que necesario para dormir y cocinar.Nuestra estancia en familia fue muy bien y estuvimos muy comodos.La comunicación con Marc fue muy fluida en todo momento y su trato muy amable e impecable.Me encantaría volver algun dia.Recomiendo la casa altamente.
