A nice apartment for a two week stay. Everything provided is just enough, the bedrooms have very limited storage which was fine for us but if you travel with a more extensive wardrobe you might find insufficient. The kitchen equipment was again enough for breakfast and a light snack but if you are intending to go full self catering it might be a little bit lacking. The block itself is nice and the pool whilst being small is perfectly adequate. It is a short walk from the town and some of the best beaches on the island. Highly recommended for the price.

Excellent accommodation in a good location for a lovely beach. Nice walk along the boardwalk to the port where there are plenty of nice bars and restaurants. Good for walks along the coast. The weather was great so we had a perfect holiday.

Unterkunft zweckmäßig eingerichtet, sehr sauberes Bad mit Dusche und WC. Anscheinend neuen Eigentümer deswegen Umbauarbeiten im Haus. Kontakt mit ihm hauptsächlich über Mobilephone, nur in spanisch bzw. englisch.

Ich war nun schon zum dritten Mal in den Appartments und es hat mir auch wieder sehr gut gefallen. Der Preis ist für die Geräumigkeit und den vielen Platz unschlagbar. Die Lage ist auch optimal, man kommt zu Fuß gut in ca 30 min. Zum es trenc Strand und auch zum Es Carbo. Ich hatte im Vorfeld Enrique den Manager gefragt, ob es möglich sei, eins der Front Appatments mit Balkon zum Meer zu bekommen und das war kein Problem. Bei unserer Ankunft am Morgen konnten wir die Koffer an der Rezeption aufbewahren bis das Zimmer fertig war. Die Apartments sind natürlich etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Küchenzeile nicht immer in so gutem Zustand, aber im Ganzen eignet sich das Appartment super für ein paar Tage in Colonia di Sant jordi. Etwas schade war, dass wir an einem Abend die Klimaanlage anschalten wollten, da es sehr warm war, sie aber sofort wieder ausgemacht haben weil ein sehr schimmeliger Geruch raus kam. Ansonsten aber alles super.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr gut und der Besitzer sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung ist leider sehr hellhörig, sodass wir leider häufig nicht zur Ruhe kommen konnten. Es würde bspw. helfen, wenn die Stühle und Tische Filzgleiter hätten. Die Betten sind leider nur mit dünnen Polyesterdecken ausgestattet.

The apartment was clean and had enough kitchen equipment to make spaghetti bolognese for dinner (2 hobs). There was also a microwave, toaster and coffee filter machine. The pool was small but kept the kids amused for half an hour while we cooked dinner after a day at the beach. Restaurant below apartments served very good food although the discount for people staying at apartments mentioned on previous reviews no longer applies, as there is new ownership.

Das Haus ist sehr einfach und nur Leuten zu empfehlen, die im Urlaub wenig Luxus verlangen. Anstelle eines Schranks im Schlafzimmer gibt es nur ein offenes Gestell mit Fächern und einer Stange zum Aufhängen der Kleidung. Handtücher und Bettwäsche werden ausreichend häufig gewechselt, die Reinigung des Apartments fällt meistens aus. Der Pool wurde in den zwei Wochen unseres Aufenthalts nie gereinigt.

Nette Lage in Standnähe. Schöne Anlage mit Pool und Bar, sonst etwas weg vom Zentrum. Auto ratsam, aber Parkplätze 100-200m weg, Bushaltestelle 250m. Zum Es Trenc Strand 30-60min zu Fuß. Alles gepflegt. Fernseher zu klein für großen Raum, WiFi schnell, Küche komplett mit Mikrowelle und Geschirr.

Vom Flughafen sind wir mit dem Mietauto in ca. 35 min in der Unterkunft gewesen. Der Gastgeber war extrem nett und hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben. Er sprach auch perfekt Deutsch (wie sehr viele auf Mallorca). Die Zimmer waren sehr groß - wir hatten zu viert keinerlei Platzprobleme. Der Gastgeber hat uns öfters frische Handtücher gebracht und uns ein Zimmer mit südwest-Balkon inkl. Blick auf Meer gegeben.
