「Located in the centre of Mallacoota, a small town at a river mouth in Eastern Victoria. Actually it feels like a large caravan park, with a central shopping precinct including the hotel/motel. The hotel has a bistro, and there is a Chinese restaurant across the road. Included in the motel was a complementary breakfast box of cereal, milk, fruit juice and muesli bar, enough to get you started the first day, in addition to the usual tea, coffee, etc. Onsite parking. 「The apartment is almost new, very clean, well furnished, well equipped and has only two small steps for access. The photos in the Stayz listing are very accurate. Communication with the hosts was excellent, and they allowed us early access on a threatening day. We also really appreciated the complimentary bottle of wine.The only downside was that the hot water was tepid on the 2nd evening when we were washing up, and cold on the final morning.
