Goede locatie, dicht bij het strand

Na inchecken een upgrade gekregen naar een appartement in plaats van een studio, erg fijn. Echter hadden wij nogal veel overlast van geluid s'nachts en de bedden waren erg hard, hierdoor was het onvoldoende mogelijk goed te kunnen slapen. Na de eerste nacht hebben wij dit aangegeven en mochten wij in een kamer aan de andere kant verblijven, ook was het mogelijk een topmatras te krijgen om de bedden zachter te maken. Erg netjes en super van het personeel! Verder hebben wij een fijne week achter de rug, de locatie is super, dicht bij de hoofdstraat en op loopafstand van het strand!

Extremely disappointing!!

Had a terrible stay! On the first night waited 20 minutes to check in as there was no staff around the hotel. We were then put in a room that we did not book that was called the villa however was dirty and had no wifi when stated free wifi was included. After complaining were put in another room the following day however still looked nothing Like images shown online. We also had ants all over our room and after advising the hotel stuff they shook it off and said this happens sometimes as if it was nothing. I highly recommend not to stay here or even in Malia!

Hotel chaleureux et accueillant

Nous avons passés un très bon séjour de 2 semaines au Verginia. La piscine est superbe, l'hotel très bien situé et le personnel de l'hôtel est tout simplement extraordinaire... Le seul petit bémol est l'équipement des chambres notamment la cuisine qui est une cuisine d'appoint, le frigo est très petit. La douche est très petite aussi mais on finit par s'y habituer

Je ne recommande pas DU TOUT

nous avions réservé une chambre pour trois, sympa, rénovée avec goût, de belles couleurs, de beaux oreillers et propre (d'après les photos hotel.com). Nous nous sommes retrouvés dans une chambre blanche, sans aucunes décoration, non conforme à la description du site et des photos, 3 lits simples. (Ils ne disposent d'aucuns lits double) Les draps étaient sales et troués, de mauvaises qualités on avait l'impression de dormir entre deux cartons ! De plus les ressorts ressortent du lit et font terriblement mal au dos (j'ai du mettre des serviettes de bain en plus de ma couette pour ne pas avoir de douleur dans le dos). HORRIBLE La salle de bain.... mon dieu, sale, avec juste un bac a douche, l'eau coule partout. Le quartier.... Pas du tout idéal pour les couples, cela pourrait se comparer à Puket. L'hotel est très mal isolé, ce quartier est un quartier de fêtes ou les étrangers viennent ici seulement pour se retourner la tête tous les soirs ce qui entraine un bruit incessant jusqu'a 4 heures du matin, Scooter, quad, cris. Il y a des boites de nuit à chaque coin de rues. Un des responsable de l'hotel est venu nous demandé à quelle heure nous voulions prendre le petit déjeuner, nous lui avons annoncé 8-9 heures, il nous a regardé avec des gros yeux, c'était trop tôt pour lui, il nous a imposé 9h30...J'ai jamais vu ça ! Le buffet du petit déjeuner est inexistant, c'est en fait servit au bar, un bout de jambon/fromage, un thé ou un café, quelques fruits et du fromage blanc.

Great value for money!! Has everything you want. Treated us well! Great location. Close to beach. Close to restaurants.. You need not waste time walking around.

Perfect location

Prime location! Great hotel staff! Manos and Stavos are the funniest! We also met a little buddy called Lorenzo, he's a little hotel pet hehe.
