Rooms and outdoor area had a nice design. Room was noisy; we could hear anyone who entered or left the building. Toilet had a strange smell. Pool area was nice.

Das Hotel war ohne Zweifel das absolute Highlight unseres Urlaubs! Obwohl uns die Gegend rund um Heraklion und die Stadt selbst nicht ganz überzeugen konnte, haben wir uns in unserem Hotel so wohl gefühlt, dass wir kaum das Bedürfnis hatten, es zu verlassen. Die gesamte Atmosphäre war einfach wunderbar – ein rundum gelungener Pool- und Strandurlaub, der keine Wünsche offen ließ. Besonders das entspannte Verweilen am Pool unter den Olivenbäumen wurde schnell zu unserer Lieblingsbeschäftigung. Es war der perfekte Ort, um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Das Essen war unglaublich gut – von den köstlichen Snacks über die tollen Cocktails bis hin zum Abendessen, das uns so begeistert hat, dass wir gar nicht erst woanders essen wollten. Jeder Tag war ein kulinarisches Erlebnis! Ein großes Lob geht auch an das gesamte Personal: durch ihre herzliche und aufmerksame Art haben wir uns jederzeit bestens aufgehoben gefühlt. Für uns war das Hotel der schönste Fleck in der Umgebung – ein Ort, an dem man ankommt und sofort abschalten kann.

Magnifique pépite tout près d'Héraklion ! Si vous recherchez du calme loin du vacarme d'un hôtel bondé de touristes alors ce lieu est fait pour vous ! Les chambres ainsi que le reste sont très bien décorées propres et calmes. Ikaros suite est très bien situé tout près d'une plage avec des nombreux commerces et restaurants. Le parking est très accessible et l'endroit est calme également. Les gérants sont adorables et très attentionnés. Les petits déjeuner et les plats proposés sont divins ! Je recommande fortement ce lieu magique

very expensive the restaurant under the rooms and we stay for 1 week and they nerer change ded seets!!!we bought 1 bottle of water and the first time they charged us 1€ and the next day 1,5€ while in the super market it costs 0,3€!!!The worst of all was that at the begining we asked not to charge the credit card because we want to pay cash but they do the exact opposite without telling us and we realised it at the check out!!

Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt! Wir hatten eins der neuen umgebauten Zimmer, die wunderschön und sauber waren. Die Gastgeber könnten nicht netter sein, wir wurden herzlichst aufgenommen, jeder noch so kleine Wunsch oder bitte wurde direkt erfüllt. Das Essen war hervorragend egal zu welcher Tageszeit. Der beste Aufenthalt seit langer Zeit! Wir würden es jedem empfehlen hier zu buchen und sich die neue Pool Landschaft anzugucken. Wir würden immer wieder kommen!

Simpatia e profissionalismo dos propriétarios(Catarina e Giorgios) HiFI. Não funcionou na perfeição,aliás no primeiro dia esteve inativa. No segundo quarto onde fiquei não funcionava (trocaram nos de quarto a meio da estadia visto que o quarto atribuido não ter sido o reservado). INSTALAÇÕES.Bem excepto no quarto groondflor no piso terreo. Não tinha tomada no quarto de banho no caso de necessitar de ligar secador ou máquina de barbear. LIMPEZA. Bem TV. Fraco. É do tipo TDT e não cabo. Num dos dias na primeira hora da manhã não havia água quente para banhos. Anomalia estava solucionada no final do dia.
