Immersed in the greenery and tranquility of the Monte Baldo hills, this independent studio apartment is ideal for those seeking a relaxing escape in contact with nature.



Located within a family villa, it is small but well organized, furnished and recently renovated.



Bright and quiet, it offers all essential comforts:

Thanks to its location at 400 m above sea level, the apartment remains cool even during the summer months. The road to reach us is very narrow, so we recommend using a small or medium-sized car.



Ideal for walks, excursions, and mountain bike routes, with trails starting directly from the house. We are only 3 km from the Monte Baldo cable car station (San Michele stop) and 4 km from the historic center of Malcesine, one of the most charming villages on Lake Garda.
