Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Nice hotel. If coming at peak times of the year you will need to time when you will go to al haram from hotel otherwise long wait for bus. It is also difficult to walk up the hill to the hotel although there is a cart going up and down sometimes. There is also a prayer hall that is good if you cannot reach Al haram in time.
