Wir hatten eine erholsame Woche. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Bei den Buffets ist für jeden Geschmack was dabei. Gepflegte Anlage. Zimmer in Ordnung, mir persönlich hat nur eine Steckdose im Badezimmer gefehlt.

Correspond à la description, buffets variés mais faut pas s'attendre à des plats exceptionnels... Piscines chauffés (30°) un plus pendant les mois d'hiver. Personnel à l'écoute et accueillant Le tir à l'arc est indiqué dans les activités possibles mais n'est pas proposée par l'hôtel.

Très bon qualité prix

Depuis plusieurs années, nous venons de cinq à 10 personnes deux fois par an. L’ensemble de l’hôtel est tout à fait agréable. Cependant une facture de médecin très élevé Nous a désagréablement, surpris. L’accueil à la réception est très très lent et une semaine après être rentré l’hôtel nous réclame 200 $ erreur de facture soit disant Au restaurant, les serveurs ont des gants et nettoient bien les tables, mais malheureusement jamais les sets de table Au restaurant sur la plage pour le matin, et le midi, la zone non-fumeurs représente seulement le quart de l’ensemble Une baraque avec de bonnes frites est disponible en fin de matinée sur la plage.

Except food, everything else was average. It is definitely not 5 star property. We paid extra for the five star stay at Labranda Royal but were disappointed with the amount of money spent. Taxi service at hotel was five times expensive than private service outside. Some parts of the beach were not part of the all inclusive deal e.g. love sign side.

This property had one major selling point because it had a number of restaurants. It was good for kids and adult alike. What I didn’t like is the extra charges - for ice cream and drinks at the beach bar. The hotel was not a 5 star hotel it was 4 star.

Schöne, gepflegte und sehr große Anlage. War voll und hat sich super verteilt. Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Wir sind eigentlich immer individual unterwegs, haben es aber mal mit 10 Tagen Hotel versucht. War gut. Wer will, kann (muss aber nicht) an Animation teilnehmen. Viel auch für kleinere Kinder (z.B. mehrmals ein Zauberer). Jeden Tag anderer Themenabend beim Essen. Highlight ist das Hausriff zum Schnolcheln. Etwas beschwerlicher Einstieg, der sich aber echt lohnt. 1000'de Fische und Schildkröte gesehen. Fazit: für Ägypten 5 Sterne, klare Empfehlung

The hotel was big and pool area was really big and comfortable. Rooms were clean and comfortable, with bidé shower. Restaurants were ok, food was ok - had different theme every day, but it wasn't especially tasty. Staff was nice and they were everywhere. Minus side was that there were lot of sellers and tour guides offering their services around the pool constantly. Remember to bargain because the prices are much higher than buying from somewhere else. We did buy para sailing and quad bike experiences which were fantastic!! The spa sauna and jaquzzi weren't that special. Massage was good. The biggest minus was the location when trying to use Uber, because no driver would drive with Uber prices, and they would ask 25€ for 15km ride. Had to cancel all the trips because couldn't agree on the price. Also hotel didn't provide shuttle bus to the mall and their taxi would have cost 30€. You need to search other options from the internet to get around. If you want peace and just relaxing, this is good spot.

Un hôtel club très bien on y a séjourné une semaine et le personnel est extrêmement gentil aux petits soins on a pas levé le petit doigt qui sont déjà à côté de nous pour nous servir tout tout ils sont vraiment à notre service c'est vraiment incroyable ils sont trop gentils tout à volonté, la nourriture est très bonne le restaurant tout ça c'est très bien, le petit-déjeuner très bien on est vraiment libre de tout mouvement et ça c'est génial, la plage elle est bien très bien, sur la plage aussi il y a beaucoup de personnel pour servir, les piscines il y en a beaucoup elles sont grandes elles sont bien, le bar au milieu c'est génial vraiment super bon elle était un peu froide au début de notre séjour puis après elle s'est réchauffé et puis vraiment c'était super je recommande cet hôtel. Seul petit bémol peut-être c'est un peu vieillot voilà les ameublement dans les chambres c'est marron foncé vieillot et même les terrasses c'est un peu vieillot mais franchement c'est vraiment un petit détail qui se comble dans le reste qui est génial voilà.

Fast alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett & zuvorkommend. Trifft aber nicht auf alle zu. Das Zimmer war immer sauber & aufgeräumt nachdem es geputzt wurde. Es gibt eine grosse Auswahl an Aktivitäten die super sind. Man kann überall mit Euro zahlen im Hotel. Es gibt verschiedene Pools, von denen einer nur für Erwachsene ist & es sehr ruhig ist. Beide Pools haben Poolbars. Der Spa-Bereich war sehr schön & es gab viele Angebote zu fairen Preisen. -WLAN hat man nur in den öffentlichen Bereichen und auch dort ist es zum Teil eher schlecht. Essen war eher so mittelmässig von der Qualität her & zum Teil ein wenig fad. Man wird jeden Tag mehrmals angesprochen ob man diese & jene Aktivität auch noch machen möchte, was mit der Zeit ein bisschen zu viel wird. Aus dem ATM konnte man nur ägyptische Pfund abheben, welche man im „Book Store“ gegen Euro umtauschen kann, bei welchem man jedoch regelrecht abgezockt wird & viel weniger bekommt als der Wechselkurs in Wirklichkeit ist. Für die à la carte Restaurants kann man nur mit einem Gutschein von der Rezeption gratis essen, ansonsten muss man normal bezahlen. Wie haben bei unserer Ankunft einen bekommen & sind dann aber nochmals zur Rezeption um nach mehr zu fragen & haben zwei weitere erhalten.
