「We arrived on October 18th around 1 PM and were warmly welcomed by Mr. Assem, one of the most professional and respectful people you could ever meet. He helped us with an upgrade to our rooms, and while waiting for them to be ready, we enjoyed lunch at the restaurant.
The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, honestly above expectations.

• Pool: Big, clean, and very nice.
• Aqua Park: Unfortunately, there’s barely one — just two small slides, nothing...

「Ein wundervolles Hotel, in dem man verwöhnt wird und sich rundum wohl fühlen kann. Das freundlichste, zuvorkommendste Personal, das man sich vorstellen kann. Wunderschöner Strand, tolles Essen, herrliche Poolanlage, sauber und top in Schuss, immer genügend Liegen, leckere Cocktails, die man bedenkenlos mit Eiswürfeln trinken kann… ein Paradies von früh bis spät. Es war einfach perfekt und wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

「Très bon service seulement si vous donnez des pourboires exemple pour le menage de la chambre au 4 etage la personne n'a pas cessé de réclamer de l'argent à mes enfants. Par contre à la reception, dans les différents restos et à la piscine le personnel est au top.」

「Excellent hôtel, très récent (ouvert en mai 2025). Tous les équipements sont de qualité, le service est vraiment excellent : le personnel est toujours souriant et prêt à rendre service et faire plaisir. La nourriture est bonne et variée.
Les chambres et l'hôtel en général sont très propres. Mention spéciale pour les chambres swim-up (avec piscine semi privative) qui sont top !」
