The woman at the front desk was so kind explaining everything to me, check in was super easy, breakfast was great, and my room was SO stylish. This was probably the cutest hotel room I’ve stayed in while traveling Europe. It’s extremely close to Liseberg amusement park and Scandinavium. The tram is very close too!

Decent breakfast, clean basic room. Comfy bed. A bit disappointed that a spa hotel has no swimming pool or jacuzzi. Just a sauna room. Brought my swim stuff for nothing. Staff friendly and helpful.

Room was a good size and was clean but did not feel very fresh. Terrible drainage issues in shower which resulted in a room change. New room was fresher but unfortunately ...
