This hotel is an old fashioned Riad, which is quiet, comfortable and relaxing. The staff were all attentive and helpful. It has a slightly unusual arrangement in that the swimming pool formed part of the dining room, which meant that diners and swimmers were only a few feet apart. Hotel reception were very helpful in organising taxis where necessary. All in all, a good insight into old style Marrakech living.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Oberoi Hotel in Marrakech, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The rooms were absolutely spotless—there was no dust in sight. The room supervisor's meticulous attention to detail was impressive; not a single hair strand or speck of dust escaped his notice. I've stayed at many hotels, but the cleanliness here was unparalleled. The hotel itself is one of the prettiest I’ve ever visited. The aesthetics are stunning, and every corner of the property exudes luxury and elegance. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always going out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Their warmth and professionalism made our stay even more enjoyable. One of the standout features of the Oberoi Hotel is their airport transfer service. They picked us up and dropped us off at the airport with utmost ease. Our driver was not only courteous but also very informative, sharing interesting facts about Marrakech during the ride. It felt like we had our own little tour guide! A tranquil oasis in the midst of the medina. Beautiful room, great food and the staff were amazing. The hammam is worth experiencing.
