The room met our needs. Location was pretty good. The main issue was parking was confusing so we ended up a parking a decent walk away from where we stayed.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Booked spa for the two of us and were excellent in their responses via email and phone. It was perfectly located a few blocks from the Chateau Frontenac, Au 1844, and all the quaint shops and cafes. Great MCM decor and impressive renovation of a historic estate. I would definitely recommend and return again. Janice

Very nice place to stay, checking in was cumbersome.Had to go through an intercom with the reception, have to fill a form to check in. Then give your credit card number for a $300 security deposit. Then finally you get the code to enter in the building and for your room. All this done through emails.
So make sure you have a fully charge phone.
Otherwise a nice stay, inclusions of tea and coffee facilities would’ve been appreciated.
