The staff were kind, welcoming, and very understanding, which made our experience even more enjoyable. A couple of things to keep in mind: the apartment does not have air conditioning, and there are not many dining options nearby. We also booked a two-bedroom apartment, and unfortunately, the Wi-Fi did not work consistently outside the apartment.
