"I wanted to spend three nights in this spa Hotel, but unfortunately, I was ill the day I was scheduled to travel to the hotel, so ended up spending only two nights. I was met at the hotel by a very friendly and helpful receptionist, who had arranged an upgraded room, given that I was unable to arrive the first evening. "Traditional house with very friendly staff"

"Non-cooperative staff, poor reception, and uncomfortable rooms موظفين غير متعاونين واستقبال سيئ وفطور متواضع وغرف غير مريحه "

"The staff was nice. I won't use this site to book if we stay again. We had the squeeky bed in the diagonal room. The other rooms looked better. Book with them. Beautiful surroundings. Dinner was awesome and breakfast was great, with made to order eggs. Cooked correctly. (That's hard to find) No fan I guess and so that means open windows. Summer can get hot!"

"Excellent stay, first time in a Harry's hotel, will certainly use again"

"Fantastic in every way, great saunas, pool and restaurant "

"Good location."

Sah nicht ansprechend aus. Man musste öfters darauf hinweisen, dass einige sachen schon vergriffen waren. "Great all round service provided by hotel and convenient for skiing. Food, staff and facilities at hotel were excellent."

"Fantastic views from our penthouse terrace and staff very friendly."

"Very nice stay all in all. I enjoyed the location close to the Schlossalmbahn and bus station and right in town. The view from my hotel room (after I upgraded for just 10euros per night) was amazing. Wish it was more encouraged to enjoy your breakfast and dinner on the nice terrace of the restaurant."

"Staff at reception and breakfast kind of grumpy. The receptionist with the accent is polite. The rooms are clean"

"Beautiful hotel, lots of hand crafted art, good breakfast. Lovely view and great location."
