Just needed some general upkeep done on it, skirtings cleaned and painted, hole in bathroom wall filled. Everything you needed for a weekend away but not done to my standard."

"3 night stay to attend the Air Show. Apartment was clean and comfortable with everything we needed, including parking. Located in a nice, quiet area, close to the beach. "Enjoyed the weekend at Wauchope Cottage. Perfect location to explore the coast and Galloway forest area of SW Scotland. House is super clean and much more room than we expected. The grounds are gorgeous and we loved walking around. It would be nice if there was an opportunity to visit the castle to see the inside. This is a fairly remote property, so be prepared to drive to anything you need. But so quiet and peaceful."
