On the terrace you will find a private chlorine pool measuring 8.3x4m and with a depth of between 0.40 and 1.95m, perfect for cooling off on the hottest days. Next to it, there are sun loungers for sunbathing, parasols and a barbecue area where you can enjoy unforgettable meals with your family and friends. In addition, near the terrace there is a room with a fridge (no freezer) where you can store cool drinks. The property is gated and privacy is total.
The interior of the house is decorated in a rustic style. The living room is equipped with Smart TV, perfect to entertain your evenings. The dining room is open to the kitchen, which offers everything you need to prepare any kind of dish. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board in the house. If you go to the port, we recommend you visit the castle of San Felipe and the medieval fortification of La Mola. Mahón is also the perfect place to visit restaurants and enjoy typical Menorcan gastronomy. If you fancy a swim in the crystal clear sea, Cala Rafalet is the perfect place for you.
