"Hotelet var stängt när jag kom dit klockan 23 på nyårsafton (31 dec 2017). Jag fick ett stort problem hitta alternativt boende mitt på natten när jag anlände där. Trots att Hotelet är stängt sedan minst ett år visar Hotels.com detta Hotel som fungerande. Det är en skandal och fel."
