「We had a wonderful stay at the Flower Road Villa! There are three bedrooms upstairs with king beds and en suite bathrooms; this is the space with air conditioning. The living areas downstairs are spacious and take advantage of indoor/outdoor continuity. The location was quiet and well situated to get around Colombo. Most impressively the staff was fantastic. 「One of the worst hospitality service ever. Won't get a towel, bedsheet or toiletries. No cleanliness and smelly dusty rooms. No room service. Swimming pool with decayed leaves and house full of mosquitoes. Broken room locks and the bonus is you won't get water in toilet. Needless to say a poor management by owner and totally irresponsible behaviour. Please don't waste your money by looking at beautiful pics of the villa. Save your money for better stay. Even worst hotels will give better...

「Beautiful villa! We had a wonderful stay. The house is lovely and the manager Dino was terrific. He helped us coordinate our menu and made us feel at home. The set up of the house is perfect for a family vacation. The rooms are clean, decorated nicely, and spa-like bathrooms. The outside area including the pool were spectacular - amazing views of the ocean, easy access to the beach, large pool and plenty of outdoor seating. I highly recommend this villa.
