「We have had a fabulous few days here. I’m not sure we could have picked a better location (for the skiing and the town) We had the first few days without our luggage (it was lost en route to Geneva) and whilst it was not the fault of the hotel, this was such a difficult time for us, I feel like they maybe could have been more helpful given our circumstances so have rated the service a lower score. 」

「Charmelie is a wonderful chalet in Flaine. It’s very spacious downstairs with a large, well stocked kitchen including a big oven and 3 fridges. We ordered fresh bread and croissants each day which were delivered by 7am. We were a group of 15 which included 6 adults, 3 teenagers and younger kids ranging from 2-9 years old. The beds were very comfortable however anyone staying with the maximum number of 15 people would need to be aware that the 4 beds in the mezzanine area are very cramped and...
