Whether you're looking for a romantic get away or a family fun vacation, Linger Longer Lodge can provide you with a private elegant home base, to relax, yet still be centrally located to all that Western North Carolina has to offer.

This custom built log home has been constructed into the mountainside and is surrounded by forest and the fragrant smell of the local flora and fauna, offering you privacy, warmth and the comforts of an upscale home.

The huge wrap around decks offer you the opportunity to enjoy the outdoors while listening to the nearby babbling creek. There's no better place to leave the stresses of everyday life behind and relax in a gorgeous outdoor setting.

The interior of this three story log cabin offers additional privacy. Each floor consists of it's own private sleeping quarters, full bath and bonus/sitting room. Two of the bedrooms are EnSuite.
The cabin has been tastefully decorated with your comfort at the forefront of our design ideas. Our aim is to think of everything, you'll need to make our home, yours. The driveway can accommodate three cars.

Location, Location, Location! Within five minutes you can be at The Maggie Valley Golf and Country Club. Within fifteen minutes you can be at The Cataloochee Ski Resort, Downtown Waynesville and The Blue Ridge Parkway. Within a half hour, depending on your destination within the city, you're in downtown Asheville.

Come to Maggie Valley, where you will find small town main streets, a thriving arts community, eclectic dining and the grandeur of the highest mountains in the east.

Had a great time in this beautiful cabin. Parking was tight for 3 SUV’s. One sister couldn’t come last minute, so she was greatly missed. Cabin has everything a person could want: games puzzles, fully equipped kitchen! Beautiful wooded setting, just missed seeing a panoramic view. So much to do in Maggie Valley and wonderful restaurants.

We had nine people from age 2 to age 70 and it worked out great. Used the fireplace and hot tub and cooked meals. Loved the well stocked kitchen. Only disappointment was that we ran out of hot water in the upstairs showers.

Fall Get Away

We are from the Memphis, Tn. and had family from Fredericksburg, Va. meet in Maggie Valley, NC. This property was absolutely perfect for what we wanted. It was very clean and roomy. My family and I had a wonderful time at Linger Longer . The beds were very comfortable. Plenty of dishes and pots for cooking. I loved the big bedrooms, closets and bathrooms. We just keep coming back!

You know when you just find that perfect place... you keep going back. The location, the secluded feeling in the middle of the Forrest yet close to everything.... the lovely log cabin feeling... it all makes for a perfect NC getaway. My husband and my daughter love this place as well. We will be back!
