So sorry for the confusion. We are in the process of creating a pavillion where our pool was located. Both on Expedia and our www website the references have been removed for some time. The WWW is a whole other story...our technical folks have been working on removing reference from the WWW. At check in you were offered a cancellation to leave and find a motel with a pool. You accepted our current property amenities and decided to stay with us. We hope that you enjoyed your visit to The Great Smoky Mountains.

Thank you for your review. Looks like our housekeeping staff could have done a better job in your room. The hospitality industry would really appreciate it if all guests would let us know when there are concerns in rooms so we can take care of it in a timely manner. Not after the fact when guests have left after their stay. As information, all of our rooms recently have been upgraded with new bedding, furniture, and carpeting.
