"A pesar de un primer encontronazo con el que respondía al teléfono, pues no quieren entender que según Normativa del TS, no es legal el almacenaje de fotografías del DNI, y encima querer tener la razón, la habitación es espectacular, superlimpia, acogedora, tiene de todo y todo cuidado al detalle, la cama, es muy comoda, sin duda es de las mejores estancias que he estado. "Personal muy amable, nos llamaron el día de antes para ver a que hora íbamos a llegar y nos dejaron hacer check-out hasta las 14 h sin coste adicional, lo cual se agradece. Habitación y alojamiento con muy buena relación calidad-precio. Sin embargo, el único aspecto “negativo” que añadiría sería que a pesar de los carteles rogando silencio durante la noche en el bungalow se escuchaba todo… y los huéspedes no eran muy respetuosos en ese aspecto, por lo que el sueño se dificultó. "All was good plenty of parking don't know if its safe as its very open just luck i suppose. Not impressed with the breakfast not much choice any food that was supposed to be hot was cold no microwave, the bacon was not cooked along with the tomatoes (they were the only hot food offered) "

"Where to begin? Given the generally strong reputation of the Eurostars brand, this hotel was a disappointment. The property felt consistently understaffed, check-in took far too long, with an extended wait just to reach the front desk. Parking was unavailable, which is understandable since we hadn’t reserved it in advance. However, several other basic service issues stood out. The room lacked simple essentials like a pen, and when I requested one at the front desk, I was told I’d need to return it afterward, which felt unnecessarily rigid. Later, I went to what appeared to be a bar, clearly stocked with liquor bottles, only to find it unstaffed. After returning to the front desk to ask for a glass of wine, I was told it “wasn’t a bar” but rather the breakfast area, despite the visible bottles of alcohol. After some hesitation, the front desk agent eventually came over and produced a bottle of wine. Overall, the experience fell short. While the room itself was acceptable, it was noticeably dated, and the lack of staffing and basic hospitality made the stay frustrating rather than enjoyable."
