"The staff at the hotel were wonderful and very helpful throughout our stay. I would especially like to recognize the Korean gentleman manager who assists with luggage — he was excellent and very attentive. During my first visit we had a few challenges due to my disability, but on this trip everything went smoothly and we were able to interact very well. "The room was different from the photos shown online. The layout was not the same nor the furniture shown. However it was clean and had all the basic amenities. My room was on the first floor and the people upstairs could be heard very easily walking around at night which was a bit loud. Besides that was okay, staff were friendly. "

"Great stay. I booked a room with open air bath and it came with the access to the executive lounge for afternoon snacks and drinks. Snacks, beers and wine. The snacks there was amazing. Coz I booked two consecutive nites, they gave us access to the exclusive public bath, less ppl and with more privacy. The room was so clean and the staff were excellent. I was impressed by a staff Jaing, she was so helpful and always so enthusiastic and ready to help all the time when I saw her at the reception - check in and check out and when she was working at the executive lounge. The cleaning team was doing an excellent job. All of these made my stay so wonderful. "
