  • Shisuitei is a traditional Japanese-style hotel with onsen and sauna facilities. Technically in the middle of nowhere, it was the perfect hotel to relax and slowdown after a day of snowboarding. The dinner and breakfast, set in a private room was delicious! And the nakai (hotel staff) were very friendly and helpful. I'd love to come back here in the summer. Location: Gunma Prefecture We went by car but they also provide a free pick-up service to and from both Numata Station on the JR Joetsu Line and Jomo-kogen Station on the JR Joetsu Shinkansen Line.

接客はイマイチ。

施設、温泉は良いが、夕食会場で人間がサービスする部分はイマイチでした。 ホテル側のペースで食事は提供されます。 他のお客さんのテーブルをガチャガチャ片付けるので、 早く済ませないといけない気分になる。 従業員の私語、笑い声がうるさい。 暑過ぎるくらいの暖房でカラカラになる。 加湿器は欲しかったかな。 お風呂も客室も悪くないです。 なので、残念です。

Vi er i Norge og bestilte rom for 26.10-27.10, og ikke 26.8-27.8. Hva har gått galt her???. Vi mener vi har en bestilling på Shisuitei fra 26.10-27.10. Finner ikke ut av hvordan vi kan komme i kontakt med dere. Vi skal til Shisuitei fra Yumoto Hill Side Inn, som også er bestilt hos dere fra 25.10-26.10

富岡製糸場観光から日光へ向かう道中で宿泊しました。ホテルは新しく、綺麗な印象でした。フロントの方のサービスがとても丁寧で、快適なチェックインをすることができました。食事も素晴らしく、温泉も気持ちよく入る事が出来ました。卓球ができるサービスがあり、夕食前に一汗かくことができたのは、子供が大喜びしていました。 次回、尾瀬に行くときにまた宿泊させていただきたいと思います。ありがとうございました。
