Great location and look, but mixed experience
Beautiful hotel, spacious rooms, and wonderful staff in a perfect location. On the downside, the room amenities need an upgrade: the shower water fluctuates between freezing and boiling, the towels are worn out, and the beds are very soft. It has a 5-star look, but a 3-star feel.
