This place was great. Great value for solo travel. On the one night I stayed there was unfortunately a drunk man yelling in the hallway, but my best guess is that is a rare occurence. Otherwise, the food was good and the room had all of the basic necessities. Very convenient for a quick stopover on the way to another city. Kudos to all of the young people staying there who were very respectful and quiet even on the rooftop in the evening.

Great stay; would return.
Had a great weekend stay here w/ my gf. It's a dormitory so the vibe was cool. The room is a set-up for a student so only one bed side table - not a huge deal but nice for both people to have a place for their morning coffee. Also, the wi-fi was tricky - we were only able to connect for one day. The service was provided by the security guards - very sweet but not informed of all the amenities eg pool hours, etc. and no dish soap provided so we used the shampoo in the room to wash cups/mugs. Overall, a great stay and would return. And location was nice - tree-lined, near the bus/metro and super convenient to get to the airport.

Great spot to stay in Madrid!
Really nice student residence. I wish they had these in Canada! Great spot. Nice location. Really helpful, friendly, and nice staff who provided excellent customer service. Huge thanks to them! Rooms are nice. Nice a/c too.

Excellent stay
Very nice stay and I wish I had stayed for longer. The unit has a kitchenette with induction stovetop and a microwave. Rooms are small-ish but not small enough to bother you. The board game and library lounge in the ground floor is excellent. So is the swimming pool on top. I'm surely going to stay again.

Location and pool
Is a student residence but a premium one. Room comes with kitchenette and fridge , well furnished and large . Daily cleaning Rooftop pool is amazing

A Gem!
I loved everting from the helpfulness of the staff to the room. Location is excellent. Internet flawless. Being a uni residence you can expect a bit of noise at night but nothing terrible. Mattress was very hard for my taste but I requested extra pillows and that helped a lot. Also you don’t have kettle or coffee machine in the room, but microwave. There is a convenient vending machine at lobby, and supermarket just a few meters away.

Great location to enjoy Salamanca neighborhood
Good little studio, adequate for a couple of nights and great location. The plunge pool does the job of cooling you down (it's been 104° F/40 °C) but the pool could be a little cleaner. Very attentive and friendly staff. You're allowed guests to join you at the pool and they enjoyed it. The hallways are boiling, this is a shame. Basic cooking amenities (sauce pan, frying pan, sieve) so adequate if on a budget/don't fancy heading out. Many food options nearby. I'd recommend it and go again.

La atención del personal desde la llegada y durante nuestra estadía fue genial. Las instalaciones limpias y las habitaciones son muy cómodas, llegamos en una habitación con 2 camas individuales. Está muy bien comunicado, muy cerca del metro Nuñez del Balboa, salida línea 5. El desayuno es bueno. En general lo recomendamos.

très bon établissement, chambres bien équipée avec une belle terrasse seul le lit un peu petit. personnel courtois et accueillant, transport ok bus taxis, métro pour visiter la ville,3km du centre mais vite fait à pied

Experiencia maravillosa. Edificio nuevo, bonito, con piscina, terraza superior increíble, zonas comunes de televisión etc...Habitación silenciosa, amplia, cómoda, muy nueva, con nevera, microondas y fregadera. Mesa plegable de pared, taburete y silla. Escritorio largo. Armarios para ropa y para cocina que incluía utensilios como tazas y platos etc. Gran ventanal con mucha luz. Aire acondicionado para frío y calor. No tiene tv, pero si tiene tomas de tv para poder ver canales digitales con tus dispositivos. Me dejaron hacer el chekin bastante antes de la hora. La atención tanto telefónica como de recepción fue muy atenta, amable y rápida. La ubicación no puede ser mejor, pleno centro de Madrid en el barrio de Salamanca. Zona buenísima con muchos negocios de todo tipo cerca. Incluido un supermercado a veinte pasos de la entrada de la residencia. Y relación calidad precio insuperable. Es por la situación actual por covid-19, pero me ha permitido poder disfrutar por un precio excepcional de esta estancia. De otra manera sería inaccesible para mi económicamente. Gracias por todoX
