駅からも近く、空港や中心部へのアクセスがよかった。部屋はとても清潔感があり快適であった。朝食も充実しており満足であった。

素泊まり利用、快適でリーズナブルと思いました
素泊まりで利用しましたので、ホテル内のバーなどの施設は利用しなかったので評価は出来ませんが、清潔感など問題はありませんでした。 周辺はマドリード中心部に近く便利は良く、スペイン広場方向は明るい道通りですが、裏通りに入ると暗く少し不安に感じる人が居るかもしれません。近くの商業施設内のMcDonaldは24時間オープンで便利ですが、夜も人が集まっている場所かもしれません（宿泊は最上階で音は騒音はありませんでしたが、全体としての評価はできません）。 チェックイン時刻前（1時間くらい）に到着したのですが、そのままチェックインさせてもらえて助かりました。 アメニティでは歯ブラシがありませんでしたが、その前に宿泊したアメニティが充実していたマドリードのホテルでも歯ブラシは無かったので、スペイン（マドリード？）では提供されない可能性が高いと思います。

スタッフが英語を話し、親切。王宮までも徒歩圏内で短期ステー者にとっては、ほぼ全て徒歩で済ませる便利な立地。地下鉄にも近く、空港へのアクセスも便利。

清潔で便利。ネット環境に要注意。
スペイン広場から近く、周辺も夜遅くまで営業しているレストラン、バー、コンビニエンスストアがあり、非常に便利。従業員の方も親切で、部屋も生活だが、唯一の問題はWi-Fi。部屋の構造からか、繋がりにくい場所が多く、廊下やロビーにいかないと繋がらないこともあった。

アクセスも良く、朝食サービスも軽食などあり、利用者への配慮が有るホテル。部屋にネスプレッソマシンもあるタイプでした。 建物が古いせいか？私達が泊まった部屋は臭いが少し気になる、寒い部屋でした。 スタッフの対応はgood!

metro駅に近く、観光に便利。Wifiが無料。
wifiは無料、LANケーブルでの利用は有料なので、要注意。 metro駅は、ベンウーラロドリゲス駅から徒歩3分くらい。 近くに、バル、マクドナルド、万事屋あり。 朝食は、パン3個とコーヒーのみで2.95ユーロ、ジュース付きだと5.5ユーロ、バイキングは10ユーロ。 客室はきれいで2ベッド有り。 部屋内にズボンプレッサー有り。 小さい冷蔵庫があるが、あまり冷えない。中身は、コーラ、ワイン、水、スナック菓子など、一つ2.5ユーロ課金される。 シャンプー、ボディソープ、ドライヤー有り。 エレベータのドアが手動式で、開きドアタイプ、最初、とまどいました。 ホテルスタッフが親切で、タクシー手配、レストラン情報（カード使用可の有無）や予約をしてくれました。

Motel One was a great place to stay for exploring Madrid. It’s near a couple of Metro stations and about a 20 min walk to the Sol area, where there’s tons of shopping. There are a few restaurant options nearby and Plaza España is close by too. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with nice decor. The bed was comfortable as well. Service was great. There were only a few small things that could’ve been improved: 1. The hotel didn’t include any extra toiletries like a shower cap and other things you’d usually get. This is likely because they’re being eco-friendly. 2. The water pressure in the shower wasn’t as good as other hotels I stayed at in Spain. It was still fine though and the shower was pretty good. 3. There was no separate bin for recycling. The only garbage bin was in the bathroom. I’d definitely stay again and will look at other Motel One hotels in the future.

The property location is excellent, the only comment we have is that it seems they are working in the building and it gets very noisy around 7am. For the rest, I would recommend this hotel.

Motel One Madrid Plaza is a great place to stay. You’re within close walking distance to the palace, Plaza de Espania and a few metro stops that will easily get you around the city. The room was clean, quiet and bed was comfy. Hotel staff were very helpful and I felt they really were invested in making our stay a great one. I highly recommend this property for your next stay in Madrid.

La habitación estaba sucia, llena de polvo por todos lados y para colmo no tenía las cortinas puestas, estaban dobladas en la cama. Además era una habitación para dos personas y habia una cama supletoria mal plantada ahi en la habitación.

The property is located at a convenient location. There are many restaurants in a walkable distance. It is also easy to get a taxi or Uber. The property is very clean and well maintained. We really enjoyed our stay. Definitely, recommend the property. We also bought breakfast services each day (this is an extra cost). Based on the breakfasts we had in Madrid in other locations, the price seems a little high for the limited food choices available.

Straightforward, comfortable, good quality accommodation, as to be expected from this chain, in a convenient location for visiting central Madrid. Would have been nice to have had a bar area. (As a more general point, I wish Motel One would trust its guests, in a hotel classed 4 star, with glasses rather than have us drink out of cardboard.)

Nice and clean rooms, friendly staff. The hotel is near to some lower end bars, mostly attended by youngsters, but it is a very convenient location.
