Lovely hotel with amazing friendly staff, room was a little small but more than adequate for what we needed, great location close enough to walk everywhere we wanted to. Food in restaurant was amazing. Would definitely go back and stay in the same hotel. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Overall great stay; immaculate, modern room. Only thing missing was somewhere to dispose of trash in the room? Also, my room was on the 1st floor which meant I could hear chairs dragging (constantly) on the floor from the restaurant below

A boutique hotel. If you like bigger room, do not book the standard room as it is pretty small, only about 120 sf. Rooms are clean but space is very tight. Two people in a room is a crowd. Tiny sink and no place to put toiletries. Shower water pressure was very good and maid service was punctual.free water only as you arrive , otherwise need to purchase.small tv , no English speaking channels! Safe was inoperative.good for a short stay or for single person not requiring lots of space. Bed was clean and comfy. AC didn’t work well but was repaired once I let front desk know. Very convenient central location, close to business district with lots of restaurants, cafés and local businesses.

Great staff & housekeeping Loved the 5 euro breakfast altho u need more choices on pastry Loved the yum yum restaurant The room was very small which was a shock as I had no room to do my exercises or walk much but bed comfortable

This was a great hotel in a central location. The staff was lovely, and the food at the bar/restaurant and lobby cafe were all delicious. The drawbacks are that the room was pretty tiny with the bathroom basically being in the bedroom (would not recommend if you want any iota of privacy) and the hotel lobby had an extremely strong smell (like perfume) that was making both my husband and I sick.

A very comfortable stay. Really liked the style of the hotel, unique and very welcoming with great facilities and really helpful staff. Lots of great places to eat nearby, for breakfast and dinner. Would definitely return/recommend. Only took us a few days to realiise LETOH is hotel backwards!

If you want to stay at a hotel with no expectations while on a budget, this isn't a bad hotel. Otherwise, stay away. During my stay there: 1- the safe didn't work, I asked 3 times to fix it and best they would do is tape the back of the batteries cover, and that still didn't fix it 2- you can't control the thermostat. You turn it on and hope it's blowing cold or hot air. The room gets very cold at night 3- the sink is basically a circular shaped bowl that's about 15×15 inches. You can barely fit your hands in there 4- the shower switches between one shoeer head to another on it's own

My stay was very pleasant. The hotel is very clean, my room was very clean. Slightly of the man l main street which to be was a plus as there are less people around when you come out. My only complaint was that the scent added to the ventilation was too strong, it may not be for people with sensitivity to smells.

Our impression of the staff was rather spoilt by one of the baristas’s wearing a peaked cap & hood, picking his nose, eating his finger nails, and never washing his hands. As a consequence we never partook in the very limited breakfast ‘facilities’

The only reason I probably wont come.again was how small the room is. The shower and toilet are next to the ned amd if you need privacy you wont have it. It is a glass door.

This is one of the cleanest hotels we have had the pleasure in staying in. The bed was super comfortable and it was perfect for us after a 4-hour delay arriving to Madrid. The coffee shop on the ground level served super good coffee and there was no need to go to Starbucks. The only minor concern is that the rooms can be small. If you can pay for it I suggest you won't book the smallest room available.

erfect location
Our room size was decent, no complaints. The room smells weird and uncomfortable. this smell was in the hallway on the fourth floor too. We asked to change the room, they offered a shoe box room. We preferred to stay in a smelly room and open the window. The room doesn't have a mini fridge and to us it was a main problem.No hair condition in the room .only shampoo and soap. The hotel doesn't provide any ice or hot water or even plastic glass. The coffee shop belongs to another company and is too expensive to compare to other coffee shops around the hotel. The hotel location is perfect and we love it. Walking distance to all attractions and lots of restaurants around and 2 min walk to Metro . All in all we had a great stay!
