Good property in an excellent area. The check in was not good this apartment is owned by a company with multiple units in the area they do not plan for the arrival of the guest, they do not have a representative at the property and the communication is very poor even after informing the staff of the day and time I was arriving in Madrid I had to wait getting into the apartment. I have family in Spain so I travel to Madrid frequently but I will not be staying at Preciado Suites again.

Location was great. Right in the center of everything. Metro, taxi very accessible. Grocery store near by. The property’s communication was above and beyond! The property was safe, quiet, clean, spacious. Would definitely book again when returning.

This isn’t a hotel as much as an apartment. If you’re okay not having a 24 hour desk, then you’ll have a great stay here. The communication and follow through was excellent! The apartment was clean, safe, and comfortable. It’s a bit noisy because it’s on a busy street, but if you close the outdoor window covering, that helps. I highly recommend this place!

This lovely studio was spotless and in a great location. Its minutes from the Gran Via, plaza Sol and metro stations. The communication before arrival was perfect. Check in was easy and really helpful with lots of advice and recommendations. We were supplied with a useful welcome tray (tea, coffee, salt and oil) together with shampoo and shower gel. We initially had a problem with wifi but this was promptly fixed. We would thoroughly recommend this accomodation.

An ideal studio apartment in the heart of Madrid. Excellent for walking to all the main attractions such as The Prado, Royal Palace etc. Our apartment was spotlessly clean with a cleaner coming in twice during our 5 night stay and had all the amenities we needed for a city break.

I loved my room. It was well designed, clean, secure, efficient, lots of light, Juliet balcony -- and the location was central Madrid without a lot of noise. (I did not need to use the metro until I left Madrid). Communication with management was great (Thank you, Christian!)

Building has elevator to transport your luggage. Property was quiet and has an excellent location. It is near several Metro stations and taxis are conveniently available. Nearby shopping opportunities abound. Location close to tourist attractions. Staff was very attentive. There are actual two 33 addresses you need to pick the one with double doors. The other address is a coffee shop. Starbucks, Taco Bell literally doors away. All and all excellent location. Fabulous air conditioning in living area and bedroom in the summer hear. Highly recommended!
