Ingrid gave us a generous tour of her studio and relayed the interesting history of the place. There is a quiet trail directly across from the property that leads down to the water - we had young kids and so didn't make it all the way."

"Fewo war nicht sauber, möbel waren verrostet bzw verschimmelt.Küchenfronten klebrig vor dreck. Zufahrt zur fewo eine katastrophe. Alle wasserhäne waren defekt/undicht. Permanent ist die sicherung geflogen. Vermieter hatte keine lust sich auf englisch zu unterhalten. Per telefon hat er bewießen das er es kann. Uns wurde noch vorgeworfen warum wir nach elba fahren und nicht italienisch sprechen. Bisher die schlechteste wohnung die wir in den letzten 10 jahren gebucht hatten."

The view is lovely. The kayaks are heavy & difficult to use because you have to cross the busy road with them. The beach is used for a dog play area and smells quite bad. N to be or to swim. "
