The studio is super cute (newly being renovated), very clean and amazing location! The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Perfect for a weekend visiting SHSU!! We would stay here again!"

The view from the porch made for amazing sunsets and perfect for morning coffee. Secluded but close enough to Bryan if you're looking for dinner out.
