Loud near Highway, bed mattress was claimed to be brand new and was horrible (one of the worse Iā€™ve slept in, bathroom light didnā€™t operate, light by bed didnā€™t work. Bathroom faucet leaked all over basin. For the price paid for a king suite very very disappointing.

Staff was great, food was exceptable, room was good. Complaints: 1. pool was COLD and so was the pool room. This was one of the main reasons we stayed there. 2.The other was suprise pet fee. Nowhere on your website or theirs mention there was a fee. They mention accepted pet but nothing about a fee. That's a deal breaker and if I could have I would have went elsewhere.
