"Beautiful hotel; exceptional staff!"

"The staff when we first arrived were so friendly. Room was decent, though there was a large gap in between the door and the frame. Things went downhill our second night there. We were placed on the main floor, down from the lobby. At around midnight, we heard a large amount of people talking loudly. My husband went to the front desk to learn that an engagement party was being held in the meeting room next to our room. Their solution was to close the door to the meeting room. That did not help,...

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very nice and clean. Cons of my stay there are no microwaves in the rooms, the only microwave available is in the lobby and it was pretty dirty. Also breakfast is not complimentary, there is a bistro in the hotel but you have to purchase all meals including coffee, so that was disappointing. "
