気になった点 : スタッフとサービス

705はシティビュー、27㎡、専用バスルームなのでしょうか？デラックスキングと呼ぶには値しないと思った。 3泊したが、初日は当然清掃がされていたが、2日目は10:30に部屋を出て17時に部屋に戻ったが、清掃されていなかった。疲れていた中、ロビーで清掃が終わるのを待っていた。このようなホテルは初めてです。 10日程前に空港までの迎えの問い合わせをしたところ、到着したら連絡するようにと連絡があった。到着したら、たまたまシャトルのが止まっていたので、乗せてくれるか頼んだところ、航空関係者を乗せる予定で、席に空きがないと言われた。メールでの問い合わせの時に、チェックインの日と便名、到着予定時刻を伝えていたので、シャトル利用の可能性が高いことは分かっていたはずです。予約表にそのことを書いていたら、大きいシャトルで迎えに来れたはずです。ドライバーが空港からホテルへ行って戻ってくるまで30分程待った。

従業員の笑顔と対応が最高でした。

ウイスコンシン大学の同窓会窓口に近く空港からも近いとても使い勝手のいいホテルでした。行きはタクシーで帰りはｼｬﾄﾙｻｰﾋﾞｽを利用しました。空港でｼｬﾄﾙｻｰﾋﾞｽを待つのはいつもストレスですが、このホテルはタクシーでも20ドル程度なので気軽に利用できました。

There are two DoubleTree hotels in Madison and the other location, DoubleTree by Hilton Madison East does indeed offer complimentary parking. While we do charge for parking, we are still offer the lowest rate for overnight parking across all Downtown Madison hotels.
