Their pictures greatly misrepresents the property. Extremely run down. We showed up on a Saturday and just about got high from all the pot smell, inside and out. Stayed for one night to get away and have some fun and good eats. Hollywood Casino did not disappoint. Very clean and the entire staff is professional and super friendly and helpful. Dinner at the Prism was excellent, and there was live jazz which made our night. I highly recommend this casino.

Heat turns itself off, while we were sleeping! Great view, if the windows had ever been washed. Our TV remote did not work and it was the only one in the room with a volume button. There were two service ppl not so pleasant. They had attitude and was not pleasant at all. It was a black lady and a black man. You’d think they’d be more pleasant. All the lady did was complain about staff when I aske for something. just rude asf
