Maranta House is a spacious, airy and bright apartment fully renovated, ideal for families and groups up to four people.
The apartment is 94 m2 and comprises two bedrooms, a living room with dining table, kitchen, two bathrooms, private parking and a balcony with views of the ocean, the harbour and the city.
The apartment is equipped with a fridge and freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob, oven, microwave and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, TV with international and children's channels, among other amenities to provide a pleasant and relaxed stay.
LOCATION
The apartment is near the city centre, about 10 to 15 minutes’ walk from the Old City Zone (historic centre) and the seaside.
Nearby there are cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, grocery stores, wine cellars, shops, museums, pharmacies and clinics.
There are bus stops within walking distance and by car there is easy access to Funchal's main roads and to the highway to discover the island.
REMARKS
There is a road passing near the building where there is potential noise from traffic, mainly during the day and if windows are open.
We ask that all guests keep food well-packed, so as to limit attracting insects given the island climate.
Cleaning is done before guests arrive and then a weekly maintenance cleaning is carried out, which includes changing bed linen and towels.
The increase in the number of guests implies a price increase of up to 10% per person.
CONDITIONS
1. Parties or behaviour that disturb the peace and well-being of neighbours are not allowed, especially between 10 pm and 8 am when neighbourhood noise is prohibited.
2. An online check-in form will be sent to collect essential identification data for check-in, arrival time and means of transport, which must be submitted by guests at least two days before arrival.
3. Guests must agree the check-in time at least two days before arrival and the waiting time is 60 minutes, after which a new time can be scheduled according to our availability.
4. Guests may be required to present identification upon arrival and provide missing identification details to comply with legal requirements.
5. Guests must inform about allergies, conditions or special needs before or immediately after booking in order to verify compliance and appropriate measures to be taken.
