"Da vi ankom til hoteler var der ikke noget vand. Vi fik besked på at de ville ordne problemet, men der gik 1 døgn før der var vand.
Urent sengetøj og myrer der kravler over det hele
Jeg tænkte omg.
Jeg ringer og kan ikke komme i kontakt med nogen.
Næste morgen kommer jeg ned og brokker mig over intet vand og urent og myrer .
Da vi kommer ned til poolen er de først igang med at rengøre den kl 11.00 og helt snavset urent.
Ingen parasol der står oprejst, alle er ødelagt . Stole i pool...

"J'ai été en contact avec younes, il m'a donné pleins d'informations sur la marina et saïdia ensuite nous avons été accueilli par sa soeur dans la résidence avec piscine. L'appartement est magnifique, spacieux et tout équipé nous sommes à 5 mn de la marina en voiture et à 15 mn de saïdia "

"We (2 adults and 3 children) booked 4 nights at this place and left after the first night. It was a traumatic experience for our kids. Let me tell you why..
First off both pools were closed even if we were there in the middle of June. We never got an explanation why. We mainly booked the apartment because of the pool.
Second off the whole place was so sunky and old, it even smelled old. The place had a lot of bugs and also big cockroaches. Felt so unpleasant to sleep here and our children...

Cuisine non fonctionnelle, salle de bain mauvais état, cafards dans les lits, éclairage non réparé, situation non conforme à celle de l’annonce, adresse et photos non conformes au lieu de l’hébergement. Hôte peu atteignable, ménage à faire soi-même. Appartement non viable sort des travaux mais pas habité, 3km plus loin des commerces du plan initial. Abritel ne fait pas le médiateur correctement.
