A lovely comfortable hotel. A bit dated but it was very clean and as already mentioned it was a comfortable stay. Breakfast had a great choice and staff friendly.

No way is this hotel a 4 star, 2 stars at best. The rooms were very dated, and no very clean. We didn’t even take a shower as it was disgusting

Die Unterkunft scheint schon etwas älter zu sein. Das Zimmer sah schon alt aus und einiges war schon kaputt und abgenutzt. Die klimaanlage hat auch nicht funktioniert. Es wurde einfach immer nur wärmer und wärmer. Und am Morgen waren die Fenster beschlagen. Beim frühstücksbuffet war viel Geschirr noch schmutzig und nicht richtig sauber. Einige Lebensmittel beim Buffet scheinen schon alt gewesen zu sein. Z.b war das brioche staubtrocken. Insgesamt scheint das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen zu sein. Wir waren eine Woche vorher in einem anderen Novotel und die Unterschiede sind beträchtlich. Daher wundere ich mich, dass dieses Hotel noch als Novotel geführt wird.

A good stop for families travelling down France

Checkin was good and efficient, room perfectly adequate for a family stopping on the way down france. Bar service was very slow and no chanhe for cash payment. Breakfast good and a good selection of options. Plenty of parking.

Un accueil inexistant. Des chambres pas prêtes pour l’heure d’arrivée, aucune information sur les services, un QR code qui ne fonctionne pas. Oh dear - room temperature 36c all night

This was an annual overnight stay at this hotel en-route to the south. Arrival temperature 35.5c, greeted with news that air con not working and fridges removed during refurb of rooms. No fans available. Staff not at all sympathetic. Evening meal was good, but breakfast bar seemed much reduced in scale since previous stays. Otherwise refurbished rooms a definite improvement.
